GREAT VALUE! Love all the different features and light modes. It’s one of the best multi-purpose flashlights on the market IMO. Being magnetic also eliminates the need for the "here hold this here for me" assignment. Ran one under the kitchen faucet and can verify that it's definitely waterproof. (I don't recommend doing that as a norm though.) CONS: No real cons outside of that little tab having to be pulled off, but that was mainly user error on my part for not reading instructions.
