now that's a gamer move check out the full version of falling into ourselves here: https://youtu.be/h7qk07GF860 ... or stream the entire album "shades of living light" wherever you get your music: https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/ataraxia/shades-of-living-light normally when I'm writing, I'm building off of an idea I've really enjoyed playing with in improv. this involves me sitting down at the piano, setting up my phone to record, playing through the section I've finished writing at, and then playing take after take of improv, trying to find the one that works the best with where I want to go and what came before. this is one such recording, one that not only has an idea that I never used in the final track in it but two ideas that would become final, full-fledged track moments.
