A nuzlocke is a more challenging playthrough of pokemon consisting of the following rules: * You may only catch the first pokemon you encounter per route. If you kill it, you must carry on * If you find a pokemon you have previously caught, you may search for another encounter * If a pokemon faints, it is considered dead.
