Three specific keys helped me to accomplish this. The first key is accurately forming a goal. Before we get somewhere, we must first identify what that somewhere is. Setting up a clearly defined goal helps us to know exactly where we are going, and why we are going there. The second key is focus. We move in the direction of the things on which we focus. Intentionally reminding ourselves of the destination helps us remember constantly looking for the things that will take us closer to our goal. The third key is systems. Systems break down goals into actionable steps.
