Will this supplement help boost my testosterone - sorry to break it to you but if you're eating properly this supplement will not help. Any extra vitamins or minerals will just be peed out. If you're deficient then it will help boost your testosterone to your natural levels but that's it, nothing more. What is in ZMA - Its zinc magnesium and B6, there are other variations. But you can just eat foods like oats or dates high in zinc and magnesium and taking a multi-purpose b vitamin complex for much cheaper and it would taste better Why doesn't ZMA work? It's like taking a vitamin D supplement. When you get no sunlight and then take a supplement that gives your body liquid sunlight you get health benefits. But when you go outside more and get some sun the supplement doesn't help as much because you're getting what you should be getting naturally. Do I recommend a ZMA supplement? No, it's expensive and you're getting off buying a 5lb bag of oats and some dates for half the price and eating those lol!
