We believe that through capoeira our future generations will learn how to be organized, disciplined and productive, how to stay healthy and focused, how to use their energy in a positive way, how to express themselves and how to defend themselves, how to respect teachers and be students. Capoeira is a very unique martial art where you not only condition your body, but learn how to play musical instruments and sing, learn a new language (Brazilian Portuguese), learn Afro-Brazilian dances, the culture and the history in a way of practicing the art.
