Azure Vizor's video: Violet Evergarden Angry Analysis

When this anime first came out, I was flooded with people telling me how good it was. I watched it, and I must respectfully disagree. As a soldier, I found the romanticization of war misguided and the portrayal of war and soldiers terribly unrealistic. Why do I bring the idea of war into it when it's mostly about a girl's heart? 'Cause I've seen a few reviews that dare say that this anime "accurately depicts war" but have likely never been in the military let alone a firefight. But, that of course isn't the only problem, but it's the thing I explore the most. That's essentially why decided to analyze it. Feel free to disagree and perhaps we can talk about what you disagree with. Note, I don't despise this anime, but I certainly won't be jumping for future episodes or the movie that's scheduled for 2020. Perhaps if the movie is good, I can analyze that with a neutral view since I got all my salt out here. But, who knows, the movie might just make me saltier than the dead sea.
