The head of the US Secret Service Kimberly Cheatle has said she plans to resign following security lapses in the run up to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. Both Democratic and Republican lawmakers called on Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to step down following the assassination attempt of Donald Trump.
