Ingredients : Potato 02 Pcs Green Coriander 3 TBSP Slice Bread 05 Pcs (Small) Sliced Onion 2 TBSP Green Chili 1 TBSP (Adjustable) Salt as per taste Chat Masala 1/2 TSP White Pepper 1/2 TSP Rice Flour 4 TBSP Besan 3 TBSP Oil 1/2 Cup ( for Fry) Method : 01. First of all Peel out Potatoes and grate. 02. Squeeze out water from grated potatoes . 03. Grind Sliced breads to make bread crumbs. 04. Add sliced onion , green coriander and green chili with the grated potatoes. 05. Add salt as per taste and Chat masala. 06. Add White pepper, Rice flour, besan and mix well . 07. Shape as you like . 08. Take oil for fry and must do it in low flame. 09. Alter sides after each 2 mins till golden color. 10. Now present to get the special taste from the Snacks.
