So I pulled my first stash (Digitech 8000) rack mount out. All I had at that time was a Pyramid 5 channel mixer, Technic turn table, Sony Mini Disc Recorder MDS JE330, Sony Tape Deck TC-WR665S & a inexpensive Radio Snack Mic. I think I must have done nearly 30 breakbeats within 4 days, than started calling up multiply MC's I locally knew in Detroit through the (Maurice Malone Hip Hop Shop) I Called up about 25 MC's, about 17 came through. With in a 2 week period, the recordings with the artists was tremendously awesome. 🙁But a few didn't make the album due to it being an half a hour Breakbeat Show. The legendary cassette tape was put out locally in 1998 (Swing Breaks The Spiritual Warfare) featured Guest Artist Spekz from 3rd Kind, Shorty from Da Klinic, Thirtyone members Beej, Hodge Podge aka Big Tone, Swing Lo The Bro, Chris Lee & Bugz X member of Thirtyone/D 12, Lokey aka Loe Louis of the Laswunzout, Dirrty Ratt MC from Parts Unknown, Akhariah, Dj Mark MD, Proof X member of 5 Ela/D 12. 200 copies were pressed as a limited edition during that time back than.
