This Saturday, Aug 19th, we will be adding a new destination to Shipwreck Park! We will be sinking the Okinawa! The Okinawa is a tug that was commissioned in 1953. It is ~110 ft long and it will be resting at 70 ft with the stack rising to 40ft. Belly up to a full size "dive bar", The Midnight Sun, created by artist Dennis MacDonald, complete with a gorgeous mermaid and moray eels slinking along the base of the bar!
