Gender equality and women in leadership are hot topics globally at the moment and are usually put into the bracket of diversity and inclusion. There is however a powerful business case for creating gender balance in your organisations in terms of being able to proactively anticipate market trends, innovate accordingly and create a sustainable future. Women should be more than just a leadership quota, they are a powerful source of creativity and knowledge about consumer spending and organisations hoping to lead in the market place need to know how best to empower this fantastic resource and unlock this talent. Tiffany Kelly is a Founding Partner of RoundTable Global where she is focusing on her desire to create empowerment and balance in the world. She is passionate about creating corporations and communities that are creative and compassionate as well as commercial and believes that by empowering leaders to authentically tap into both their masculine and feminine energies we can redefine social and business norms, unlock potential and ultimately create fearless cultures where effortless change will happen in the world around us. She had also become an inspirational speaker leading women's empowerment workshops as part of the World Assembly for Women in Tokyo, the House of Commons in London and recently delivered a Ted Talk in Delhi on empowerment and balance. Tiffany has spent the majority of her career working in people development and community engagement. She has spent the last ten years working globally to connect business and communities through people and organisational development initiatives whilst living in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and the UK. Her commitment to community development included working with the United Nations to deliver the Business for the Environment Summit (B4E) in Singapore, working as part of a Prince’s committee to design the next commonwealth study tour in the UK (Leadership for Sustainability 2012) and supporting and mentoring social entrepreneurs in the fields of HIV AIDS, Relief Distribution, Community Development and Environmental Impact. Tiffany is a member of the 2007 Commonwealth Study Tour in India and Malaysia where she worked with other future leaders to assess the sustainability of growth and development. In May 2010 Tiffany Founded The Legacy Project, a charity that empowers young people from across the UK to have a voice, to step up and take positive action in their local communities.
