Boss Visuals's video: How to play smart features from TV on Zone 2 Speakers with a Digital Analog Converter

Hi guys! Today we installed a Digital Analog Converter for one of our clients and wanted to share how we were able to get his TV on the patio to play its Smart Features Audio through his zone 2 speakers where the TV is mounted. We ran a 50ft optical cable from the Patio TV to the Onkyo Receiver in the living room. Using the 5v out on onkyo receiver to power the converter, we plugged the optical cable into the input of the converter, connected two analog cables from the output of the converter into the CBL/SAT analog input of the receiver. Now, when client wants to listen to netflix, youtube, hulu etc. They will turn zone two on, and select cbl/sat input on the receiver! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
