And when the police end up right on their tail, their choice to run usually doesn't end well for them. Here are 7 of the greatest Police Chases caught on camera! Number One: Westchester Country is one of richest suburbs in the US; former President Bill Clinton lives there, along with a number of wealthy bankers. It's would then, of course, be this home to the super rich that was the location of a police chase.... involving a limo. Keeping it classy. Number Two: We have a sneaking suspicion than may have been planned in advance; this rider has conveniently mounted front and rear facing cameras to his bike. Due to their ability to split lanes and dive through traffic at high speeds, Sport Bikes are commonly involved in some of the most dangerous high-speed chases around. In fact, a high percentage of "those that got away" in police chases are riding one of these bad boys. Number Three: If you picture a minivan, you aren't going to conjure up an image of a total speed machine. But, we were all wrong about a limo - and now we've been proven wrong about the van! This driver shows us that it is indeed not what you got, but how you use it; as they evade the police at high speeds for almost 30 minutes in their van before being bested. Number Four: Here's a totally whacky one for you coming out of Downtown LA. After the Police make numerous unsuccessful attempts to get the car off the road, the driver apparently attempts to lose some weight by chucking items out of his vehicle. But as he realizes he is going down regardless, he takes the time to... well... celebrate! He cracks on some suitable tunes and even pulls some moves as he is carted away. Number Five: This one is both an incredible chase scene, and a great endorsement for the Ford Mustang. The driver of the Mustang must be well versed in Police Car chases, as he isn't put off by the police's attempt at the "PIT" maneuver; the standard way for stopping a vehicle by slamming into it's rear corner. But that can't keep this driver down as he keeps coming back for more. Number Six: Chasing down a runaway vehicle often requires a bit of support, as this video proves. But the officer in question get's some unlikely help from an off-duty officer in his personal pickup. Even then, the SUV proves to be a slippery customer. Even when a civilian risks their own truck to help pin the SUV, they simply get shunted out the way - and end up getting in the way and hindering progress. After some crazy reckless driving and close calls, the driver is eventually stopped. But as if the chase wasn't bonkers enough already, the perp was a totally naked woman. NO Number Seven: Still wanting for more high-octane chases? Check out this SUV weaving through traffic at high speeds, almost hitting a number of other vehicles. We would be quite impressed with their driving skills - if were not for the rather anti-climatic ending as they crash into a tree at low speeds. That's what you get for driving a Toyota Highlander, I guess.
