Ecotasia's video: Squatters Life on the web of a Cloud Forest Spider

@Squatters! Life on the web of a Cloud Forest Spider
The tropics are known for their biodiversity, some organisms have even taken up residence on the active web of a spider. Meet Tengella radiata and the many organisms that take advantage of her web. tiny spiders of a completely different species, and quite remarkably small insects slowly make their way across the web. These are true bugs using a sucking beak to peirce food items and suck out the juices within. These other arthropods are kleptoparasites, which means they steal food from the web. The world of arthropods is amazing with all the diversity of lifestyles employed, and it is a joy to peer into this world that can be easily missed if you are not looking closely. I am a biology student who was inspired by the likes of the BBC natural history unit, PBS, and animal planet as a Child. I have also long been a hobbyist photographer, filming interesting things over time. My goal is to document interesting behavior and highlight interesting species I encounter both in exotic locations, and on backyard expeditions.
