Bad Drivers's video: Pape John Deere service truck BAD DRIVER

Pape John Deere service truck fails to yield to oncoming traffic while leaving a private driveway. Proceeds to violently pull to the side of the road without properly signaling, presumably to escalate the situation. Then aggressively follows my family and I for miles. This is a repost of this video with the fisheye distortion removed. No person shall stop or suddenly decrease the speed of a vehicle on a highway without first giving an appropriate signal in the manner provided in this chapter to the driver of any vehicle immediately to the rear when there is opportunity to give the signal. (a) The driver of any vehicle about to enter or cross a highway from any public or private property, or from an alley, shall yield the right-of-way to all traffic, as defined in Section 620, approaching on the highway close enough to constitute an immediate hazard, and shall continue to yield the right-of-way to that traffic until he or she can proceed with reasonable safety. (b) A driver having yielded as prescribed in subdivision (a) may proceed to enter or cross the highway, and the drivers of all other vehicles approaching on the highway shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle entering or crossing the intersection.
