In working with clients on their sketchy custom tattoo designs, I usually go through 4-5 phases. I sketch out an initial thought, then get feedback and sketch another, and do it again and again until he/she is satisfied. This is a 6-inch-ish by 4-inch-ish pen and watercolor style design in phase 2 of the process.
