How to Stay Safe from Corona Virus (COVID-19) by Beauty Buzz | STAY SAFE from COVID-19 | CORONA VIRUS prevention tips 1. KNOW HOW THE VIRUS SPREADS. The virus is through to spread mainly from Person-to-Person who are in a close contact with one another (approximately 6 Feet or Less). Respiratory droplets produced when an infected person Coughs or Sneezes can land in the mouth or nose of people who are nearby or possibly inhales in the lungs. 2. BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. Have adequate rest, with at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep daily. Eat nutritious food, with plenty of Vegetables and Fruits. Take your daily dose of Vitamin C, Vitamin B and ZINC is a Plus. 3. KEEP YOUR HANDS CLEAN. Wash your hands regularly with soap & water for at least 20 seconds, especially if you have been in a public place. Dry them thoroughly after. If soap or water is not available, use hand sanitizer that at least contains 60% alcohol. Cover the entire surface of your hand and rub them together until they dry. 4. OBSERVE COUGHING AND SNEEZING ETIQUETTE. If you are sick, wear a face mask to prevent passing the virus to other people. You should wear face mask when you are around other people (e.g. Sharing a room or vehicle) or before you enter a healthcare facility. Under community quarantine guidelines, people who commute to work are required to wear face mask while riding through public transport. 5. CLEAN & DISINFECT Clean and disinfect frequently touching objects and surface using bleach solution (4 Teaspoon Bleach in 1 Litter of Water). Disinfect electronic equipment's (e.g. Keyboard, Mouse, Earpiece and Mouthpiece of the Headphones) using cloth or wipe sprayed with 60% alcohol. Dry them immediately with the use of a clean cloth or wipe. 6. AVOID CLOSE CONTACT. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Observe social distance - Avoiding crowded places and public assemblies. Put safe distance between yourself and other people, 6 feet (1 Meter) or more if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. Instead of shaking hands, hugging or kissing, you can wave, bow or nod to greet people. 7. IF YOU FEEL UNWELL, SEEK MEDICAL CARE. Consult to a Doctor if you are not feeling well or are unsure if you are displaying symptoms like Fever, Dry Cough and Shortness of Breath) for COVIN-19.
