Hello my makeup bugs. Okay you guys here is another featured hot topic eye shadow palette. Moana is a disney movie that came out in 2016 I believe. OMG!!!!!! The packaging is so pretty tho, I can't deny that. But girl, the shadows were TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! OMG now I know hot topic eye shadow palettes are cheaply made but dang this was just terrible. The eye shadows were patchy and super duper chalky. Not to mention there was so much freaking fallout. I tried my best to save this look you guys. How did I do? I think I did a pretty decent job considering what I was working with. If you are intereted in purchasing this eye shadow palette you can go to your local hot topic store or you can order it online at www,hottopic.com. When I purchased this palette, it was $14.90. Currently on their website it is $10.43. Thank you guys so much for watching. I would not advise any one to get this palette lol. I" just saying. Sorry but not sorry lol.
