POST OFFICE RANT- AND HAUS LABS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I'm taking a break from my usual mantra of only speaking and bringing positivity to bring you this annoying experience I had. Trying to get this package took HOURS from my life. This started as an unboxing and review for Haus Labs, but I wanted to explain why this review is so late and that video was just so long I decided it needed to stand alone. This is 100% just me complaining for 12 minutes about bad customer service from the post office, Fedex, and Haus Labs, so if you don't want to join me on that, this ain't for you. A month after ordering, I finally received my package from Haus Labs and that video will be up on Tuesday! After explaining the customer service from the post office to some friends, I realized this isn't just a personal experience, this is EVERYONES experience with USPS. Not only do they go postal, they cause everyone who interacts with them to as well. I can't imagine speaking to a customer of mine this way even on my worst day. BUT AM I KAREN!?!
