Bee Here Now's video: Exploring an Abandoned Railway Near Manchester

@Exploring an Abandoned Railway Near Manchester
Exploring an old abandoned railway line near Manchester. I'm checking out the Glazebrook-Skelton Junction line in Trafford, abandoned in the 1980s and now reclaimed by nature. This five mile stretch of line is still very much in place in some parts, but completely lost in others, but makes for a hell of an interesting walk. Especially when you factor in security guards, professional football training grounds, angry farmers and kids on off road bikes lying along the route waiting to be confronted! I'm walking it's length from Timperly to the lofty Cadishead Viaduct over the Manchester Ship Canal, a spectacle in the area and one of only a few bridges to cross the waterway on its entire route. But, will I be able to get on it to take a closer look? If you like the video you can show your support by buying me a brew.
