Beephouse's video: Moog Minitaur: Multitrack Sessions by Beephouse

There's something about the Minitaur's beefy tone, smooth filters, and rugged little control surface that I love. And it sounds great multi tracked! Here are three back-to-back noodlings. Everything you hear is the Minitaur including the drums. Each session is comprised of a dozen or more tracks recorded and arranged inside Propellerhead Reason. The mix is dry and unprocessed except for a touch of EQ and master compression. Enjoy! Minitaur drums: The self oscillating filter creates the basic kick and snare tone. To create the cymbal, hihats, and snare "snap", start with a square wave, then add a second square wave and detune it to create a dissonant effect. Next, modulate everything with extreme amounts of LFO RATE and VCO LFO AMT. The resulting sound is like metallic noise. Finally, process the metallic noise through a high pass filter to remove the low frequencies.
