After being able to create content for 7+ years, going through all the ups and downs, and consistently creating content, the most important life lesson I've learned is to make memories that you would remember for the rest of your life. If there would be one thing that I would want young Ranveer to know, would be to step back, absorb the moment and cherish the feeling completely. Back in the day, as BeerBiceps fame started increasing in 2017, we saw the numbers growing, started to receive awards, go to seminars, being recognized in parks and malls, the one thing I always made sure of was to not get all of this get into my head. But soon I realized, it was actually me being extremely hard on myself, setting goals that seem unrealistic at the time, and pushing myself so much that life became even tougher. In all of that, I lost some valuable human connections, faced a bad heartbreak, and eventually burnt out. This video is a compilation of the chapters and lessons I've learned from my journey from the age of 22 to now almost turning 30.
