Rashtrapati Nilayam formerly known as Residency House is the official retreat of the President of India located in Bolarum, Secunderabad, Telangana, where the President usually stays for a week during winter and conducts official business. It is also used as a guest house for visiting dignitaries. It is open for public viewing for 10-15 days in early January annually, after the completion of President of India's southern sojourn. There is a herbal garden, Nakshatra Vatika and staff quarters along with other things spread across 90 acres. Do visit whenever you get a chance and enjoy the walk in green surroundings.
