Electrification is in rapid progress across Indian railways and recently Secunderabad to Kamareddi under Hyderabad division was commissioned for running electric locos. This was my first spotting of freight electric locos in action at Cavalry Barracks, a suburban station on Secunderabad - Medchal section.
