Under Phase 2 project, Multi modal transport system (MMTS) services are enhanced across various sections in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad of South central railway. One such project is doubling and electrification of Moulali - Sanathnagar section. Most of the work is completed in this section and MMTS services is scheduled to start soon. Earlier it was single and electrified line used only by freights as this line bypasses busy Secunderabad station and connects WADI - SC section with SC - KZJ section. Now this line is doubled and electrified with addition of five new stations enroute - Neredmet, Ammuguda, Bhudevinagar, Suchitra and Ferozeguda.
