Cutting metal, welding it all together, and grinding. I use an angle grinder and an oxy-acetylene torch to fabricate the remaining pieces and combine them with the forged portions from part 1. The next video will deal with the one biggest problem. The problem that was the entire reason I took this project on. How would I even heat treat such a ridiculous sword? Its huge! And not in the normal large sword kinda dimensions!
