Bernadette Jarrard's video: Hiking The Wave

We were very fortunate to win the BLM hiking lottery in Kanab, Utah, U.S.A. and to experience the chance of a lifetime to do this 6 mile unmarked hike through Coyote Buttes North. Hauling a gallon of water each, and plenty of snacks. The trek took us approximately 8 hours in total. Despite the use of a compass, map and GPS we still got lost in one section when we started to follow a group of four people up a hill. Fortunately we didn't go very far as a park volunteer came along and steered us in the right direction. The rest of the route went well and the Wave itself was beyond spectacular.
