Socialize. Go out and speak to people. Go out and speak to your co-workers. You'd be amazed how many times I've actually sat down with business owners and their employees and we've had a meeting one-on-one. And we're sitting there actually socializing and having a good time and when I'm done I've had the co-workers say, "My God, I've been working for him for 20 years and I didn't know he had 20 acres. And I didn't know he did this or that. And I didn't know he was a black belt…" You know why? Because they don't socialize. You go to work and just do your own thing and worry about your own self. The more you socialize the more you start opening up your horizons, which helps you not only build relationships but build your pocket because you're able to do this for business. . . . . .
