Backyard to Bush House and Kids Trail Start at the Backyard to Bush House first. You will see common spiders found in Australia, stick insects scorpions. Make your way to the back door and you will get to the garden and common pets including rabbits, guinea pigs and budgies. at the front of the house you can start the kids trail it will lead you to the Backyard to Bush Farm where you will see a range of farm animals from alpacas, goats, sheep and chickens (make sure you check out the barn for bees, mice rats, grasshoppers and blue tongue lizards) keep following the path and see Emu, kangaroos, wallaby and quokka. Finally end up at the playground with a large climbing house and water play area so the kids can cool off. Wild Rope A tree top adventure where you are harnessed and given a safety helmet, then guided along the way by staff through a series of suspension bridges, suspended barrels, suspended sleds, climbing walls, flying foxes and more. The very challenging circuit is broken up into several grades catering for 3-8 year olds, and 8-13yr need 1 accompanying adult. There is also a height restriction. Get a birds eye view of the Zoo animals from the tree tops. Wild Ropes cost $17.00 on top of the zoo entry.
