Guava Jam- I used Goya Cream Cheese frosting recipe (I used Martha's) : https://www.marthastewart.com/964331/cream-cheese-frosting Astrid's Cookie: 750g Butter 375g Sugar 5g Vanilla 1125g AP Flour -With paddle attachment, mix butter and sugar -Add vanilla -Add flour *Be sure to combine ingredients on the lowest setting Dulce de leche: Use your favorite brand of sweetened condensed milk, gentle simmer for 2-3 hours; allow to cool. Any dark melting chocolate.
