(CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA) While 'Ice Cold Shots' of Jägermeister, were being raised across the nation to celebrate a 'Stronger Bond', the Dixie Roadhouse in Cape Coral Florida made history as an estimated 1000 shots of Jägermeister, were served on Friday May 17, 2013. The Sidney Frank Importing Company, Southern Wine & Spirits and The Dixie Roadhouse have created a Stronger Bond that began when the Dixie Roadhouse opened in September 2011. This versatile country-themed 'party bar' has become an attraction on Florida's Gulf Coast that has it all, from nightly line-dancing to live music and was named Southwest's Florida's Best Nightclub & Bar in 2012. Jägermeister, the classic German digestif distilled from 56 herbs and spices is a part of every party at 'The Dixie' and in the last year the staff at the Dixie Roadhouse served over 125 cases of Jägermeister, from five chilled shot machines in the club. This party was a special nationwide celebration of the strong bonds created by Jägermeister, but in addition to the serving of 1000 shots, the Dixie Roadhouse invited various supporters and media partners to raise an ice sculpted glass over a Jägermeister ice table.
