Bhumika Thakkar's video: Sarso Ke Khet aesthetic shorts

Coming soon.. This has to be one of my favourite shoots in a long time. Let me take you behind the scenes.. Our hotel had its own mustard fields, and when I saw those, I knew I had to shoot here. So I asked the hotel, and they were kind enough to allow it. I didn't carry any Indian outfits with me, and I knew a long skirt would work with any basic top (this is literally my black thermal, it was freezing). There aren't a lot of commercial shops along the safari route. Thankfully, I saw one shop, and they had few skirts, and I found this red one, which I bought. The next day, early in the morning, we shot at 7.30-8 AM and it was very cold. The fields were very muddy in some areas, and my sandals got stuck in one and came off. It was a task to walk through the fields. Next, I stepped on a branch, and a thorn pierced my sole, and I was in pain 😢 I couldn't figure out if there were any remnants inside as it was hurting for two days. Thankfully, there weren't any.   So, this shoot turned out to be quite an adventure! But the videos and pictures from these mustard fields have my heart! ❤️ P.S.: Did you know Rajasthan is the largest mustard producing state in India? The yellow and lush mustard fields all around were a treat to watch 😍 I always thought it was Punjab as we associate it with Sarso Ke Khet _diaries
