Opening up about the reality with becoming a mom. Motherhood is so beautiful and yet very rewarding but there's a lot that comes along with it that people don't talk about. Everyone assumed that because I had my baby boy via gestational surrogacy I wasn't going to experience any hormonal changes but truth is that I did. I became a mom and that's a full transition that I'm still finding the balance of. If there's something I learned in the first month is that in order to take good care of baby you have to take good care of yourself first and be good with you, Physically, Spiritually, and Emotionally.
