PART 1 OF STIMULATION WEEK: The start of my IVF CYCLE was definitely something I will carry very close to my heart. There's so many things that go into IVF that people don't like talking about (Unfortunately) It's definitely a very scary time in ones life. Although we women going through IVF are very hopeful for a positive outcome it's still very hard not to feel anxious, nervous, and afraid. The thought of having to inject alone is very scary but I must say that the injection portion of it is not as bad as it seems. The side effects one the other hand are a little hard on the body. Every women experiences different symptoms. Grant you, your body is going through a major transition in growing you're follicles and preparing them to be retrieved, I like to say (Give Birth). My recommendation to all going through stimulation week is prayer and believe that God's plan is worth every single shot. Prayer kept me going and having my support system encouraging me along the way allowed me to not feel alone. Remember that you are not alone there's a community of women beside you struggling with infertility, going through IVF, injecting themselves on daily bases all in hopes of becoming a mother.
