BibleWalks's video: Horvat Zavon and Sheti

@Horvat Zavon and Sheti
Horvat Zavon (Khirbet Umm Sabuna) is an archaeological site, located 1km west of Kibbutz Neve Ur in the Beit She'an valley. Its ruins are scattered along a ridge adjacent to the Ein Ur spring. The site was populated during the Early Bronze and Middle Bronze periods. During the Early Arab period the site was reoccupied. The site was strategically located: it was adjacent to a major ancient road along the Jordan valley (Dorsey's 'A3', modern highway 90) connecting Beit She'an to the Sea of Galilee; near the road to Tel Rekhesh and to Mt. Tabor ('T3'); and near a crossing point on the Jordan river at Tel Kitan. Horvat Sheti is located on a lower terrace east of Horvat Zavon, with ruins of a number of structures that once were occupied by Bedouins.
