Mississippi River Flooding at Cliff Cave Park St. Louis County Park. I am at Cliff Cave Park today. I just wanted to give an update with how the park is doing with the Mississippi River Flooding I know some of the trails are covered and flooded and wanted to show how that's impacting the park. Cliff Cave Park Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLorfxdaXsAaGErIOSpfR3Nuz86iIrCuFs Today’s focus is the Mississippi River and it has crested and in St. Louis Missouri today i saw on Stltoday.com that the river level was going to be 38.72 ft and to give perspective there the record high river level on August 1st 1993 was 49.58. Also close to cliff cave park is the Meramec River and Arnold Missouri and the Current flood stage is 35.46 and to give perspective there the record high river level was 47.26 December 31st, 2015. I shared the Cliff Cave Overlook, the bottom two trails both the 0.5 mile look and the 4.5 mile loop. The Mississippi River overlook. Got a shot of a deer. Also a good view of a pusher boat or tow boat that will be pushing a barge. I got a good view of the Leonard L. Whittington tow boat that was connected to a barge.
