In this video, I'm sharing one of the many simple meals I make on rotation. As a minimalist, I am always looking for less decisions to make, which means I generally use our list of family approved meals and just choose from those when meal planning. On this week, we were using ingredients we already had at home since finding specific items in our grocery stores can be challenging right now. I can almost guarantee that you could make some variation on this simple meal with ingredients you already have on hand, right now!
