The lone Tsalala lioness makes a brave attempt to challenge a clan of 15 hyenas in order to feed herself and her one year old daughter. She had made the kill at dawn, and this was quickly detected by a group of hyenas who then called for reinforcements.This young lioness is the last remaining lioness of the legendary Tsalala pride having lost her mother and aunt in 2018. She now has one female cub since the loss of her other two cubs in August 2019, sired by Nhenha from the Birmingham Boy coalition. Sighting February 2020. Credits Londolozie Game Reserve.
