Depression and anxiety are REAL! If you need help, seek help. You are not alone. I will say it again! YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Even as blessed as I am, I found myself dealing with depression. I don't think that I have anxiety but recently I started getting counseling and I'll let them make that determination as I continue to work with them. Having mental health awareness is such a big deal! Your wellbeing is worth it! Major depression, depression, anxiety or whatever are tough to deal with! Having mental heath awareness is huge and it NEEDS to be talked about! Sadly there is a stigma surrounding needing mental heath treatment but you know, talking about it will help! It was so hard for me to allow myself to seek help. I felt like I was alone and that's just not the case. Depression is such a serious thing and anyone that has it is worth getting the treatment they need. It doesn't have to be medication, maybe just a counselor to help work through trauma or whatever else is making you feel that way. The big thing for me, is letting everyone know that you are not alone, it's okay to seek help and get the treatment you need, whatever it may be, for depression and anxiety!
