I am BiggestRayRay and I live in the Tulsa metro. I finally agreed to commit to a program with a personal trainer at Beyond the Gym in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I've been a member here for over a year and have gained all the weight I lost as I have not been committed to a diet or workout plan. My fitness journey has just begun and I get started with some dietary monitoring and controlling along with a regiment of workouts. This is just the beginning of my fitness journey where I embark on a plan to work on losing 40 pounds before I turn 40 on February 6th, 2021.
