➤ EMOM stands for “every minute on the minute.” So, for a given length of time, you perform a specific number of reps of a movement (or movements) at the top of every new minute, then rest until the next minute starts again — ➤ In the video I am doing 5 reps of Thrusters with barbell for 5 reps “Every minute on the minute” — ➤ I performed it for 25 minutes, which means I did 25 sets of 5 reps - A total of 125 thrusters . — ➤ The first few sets will look easy, but as time progresses, you will know that your heart rates stays high and your endurance has to catch up to complete this. — ➤ One of the best ways to test your physical fitness, especially during this situation where we are forced to take up .
