Hip centric workout today Did few sets of warm up with deadlift and loaded the bar with 180kgs did 10 sets of singles with 35 seconds break in between sets followed it by 5 sets of squat for 10 reps with 100kgs completed the workout with good old farmers warlk for 60meters for 10 rotations ( used a pair of 60 lbs dumbbells ) the focus of the workout was to utilize all hip centric movements - the squat and deadlift and improve on the speed and conditioning for the same Have you tried workouts like this??? let me know in the comment section
