Biglee Murali (Biglee)'s video: Deltoids - maximal hypertrophy training

Today was a workout with athlete @haressh94 . We did a our warmups for the upper body and few light weight sets on presses and face pulls. The Extreme set: We started with full stack on machine shoulder press and dropped 2 plates every time when we hit failure. If you see the video, Haressh was pushing through the pain barrier till we finished multiple drops. Then we immediately moved onto face pulls and did multiple drops there. The set ensure that the front and rear delts were completely exhausted and maximally stimulated and had nothing left to work on. Then we wrapped the session with few light weight lateral raises to give some isolation work for the medial head of deltoids.
