Bella, 17, will always be a Florida girl at heart, as she proved when she soaked up every last minute of sun on Miami Beach on Monday. Bella sported a sweet, frilly two-piece for the beach day, mismatching her top and bottoms to demonstrate her kooky flair for fashion. Shake It Up star Bella wore her copper locks loose around her shoulders after enjoying a brisk jog down to the shore line and a refreshing dip in the sea. The Fashion Week regular donned a pair of black tinted shades and carried her phone in a studded silver case.
