Bill Russo's video: Tales of Tomorrow The Invader - 1951

An old professor and a beautiful blond played by Eva Gabor, (Green Acres) whose first five words of dialogue include two ‘darlings’, head the cast in this tale, in which an alien craft makes a crash landing into the ocean. The prof’s son makes an exploratory dive. Shortly after he gets back on the ship, Eva and the professor begin to notice he’s not himself. Tales of Tomorrow was the first dramatized showcase for several authors, including Arthur C. Clarke. Other early science fiction writers whose work was reflected in the series included Frederic Brown ("The Last Man on Earth" and "Age of Peril"), Philip Wylie ("Blunder"), C. M. Kornbluth ("The Little Black Bag") and Stanley g. Weinbaum ("The Miraculous Serum").
