Billy Bolex's video: Morning Musume at the Zoo: Playing with Elephants

Then-current members of Morning Musume, Hitomi Yoshizawa (Yossi) and Sayumi Michishige, joined by former member Nozomi Tsuji (Nono), go to the zoo in this 26-minute segment from Hello! Morning of October 1, 2006. There’s a lengthy segment with a red panda and its adorable cubs. They cavort with tapirs, and a squealing pig, and get to see other animals as well. Then they play with trained elephants, including a game of basketball. One elephant lifts Yossi up. One also paints pictures on Yossi’s and Sayumi’s T-shirts. Amazing stuff! The other girls watch in the studio and have to answer quiz questions about what they see, including making drawings. There is a commercial break at the 22:48 mark that I left in so as not to break up the continuity of the sequence. Jean Reno appears in a Toyota commercial.
