Expecting a weird "Saw" Jigsaw performance, Tobin is a funny, quirky and has some of the most sincere lines in the films. I'd love to see him more in diverse roles like this. On the down side, the supporting cast is good but not very flushed out and the film is a good story but feels a little low budget. I'd love to see what this team could do with a budget! I really dig the, "Swiss Police Woman", show within a show content.
