The conundrum here is that I don't know if I would have taken my own advice if I could rewind the clock! But if you are a younger or beginning lifter with an open mind, here are my tips on things I wish I would have known when I was starting out. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ABOUT ME ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ I am Blaine Sumner. I have squatted 1,135 lbs (World Record), bench pressed 1,003 lbs (World Record), and deadlifted 817 lbs. on my way to multiple World Titles in Powerlifting. My journey began as a 140 lb. high school freshman while being one of the weakest kids on the football team. My path led me to becoming one of the strongest powerlifters of all-time, while being lifetime drug-free. I have dedicated my life to getting bigger and stronger, and now I am here to teach you the same principles.
