I've experienced my fair share both from sports and under the bar. This is my background on what I have went through and I hope it can help inspire you to not get held back by the injury bug. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ABOUT ME ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ I am Blaine Sumner. I have squatted 1,135 lbs (World Record), bench pressed 1,003 lbs (World Record), and deadlifted 817 lbs. on my way to multiple World Titles in Powerlifting. My journey began as a 140 lb. high school freshman while being one of the weakest kids on the football team. My path led me to becoming one of the strongest powerlifters of all-time, while being lifetime drug-free. I have dedicated my life to getting bigger and stronger, and now I am here to teach you the same principles. My feats of strength have been featured on ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS Sports, NBC Sports, Men’s Health, Bleacher Report, and WorldStar. I achieved a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering that gives me the mechanical understanding to teach you proper lifting techniques and carefully structured strength training programs.
